2020 SAUVIGNON BLANC SA TECHNICAL VLOGS
In 2020, Sauvignon Blanc SA presented a series of four Technical Vlogs (video blogs) on the Sauvignon Blanc SA website in lieu of a Technical Seminar due to Covid-19. Speakers focused on technical aspects, including information on the 2020 Sauvignon Blanc SA Top 10. Vlog 1
Dr. Jeanne Brand of the Department of Viticulture and Oenology at Stellenbosch University, explains a dynamic sensory technique that could be used to distinguish premium and ultra-premium Sauvignon blanc wines.
Vlog 2
Lida Malandra, General Manager of Enartis SA, shares information about the revolutionary product from Enartis, Nutriferm X, that is bringing power to thiol production.
